Hiring Southside Moving and Storage was just about the smartest thing I’ve done in a while.
We were moving two households from Chesapeake to a third location in Virginia Beach, we were stressed out about the chaos that we, incorrectly, presumed would ensue. With Marcus, Justin, and Paul on the case, the movers got this move completed in half the time I'd anticipated it would take at a very reasonable rate.
When three efficient, professional, brawny, nice moves execute a grueling task in short order, treating your belongings as carefully, if not more so, than if they were their own, you know you're in good hands. We definitely were.
In addition to the careful handling and packing of our goods, the movers arrived within the first 30 minutes of the appointed time frame for arrival, calling 45 minutes ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. We really appreciated their timely arrival.
When the movers got done putting our things into our storage unit, it looked like a game of Tetris. They had packed everything in so perfectly that we have plenty of room left over for anything else we might need to temporarily store. It was a great moving experience.
I really can't say enough good things about Southside Moving and Storage and the caliber of their movers. But to put the icing on the cake, all three of those movers were very affable and had a great customer service ethic that was really appreciated. Next time we need movers in Virginia Beach, we'll be repeat customers
