The Shipper acknowledges that the Company shall not be liable for damage to improperly packed or unpacked pictures, paintings, lamps and lampshades, mirrors, all electronics, all forms (whether framed or not) of glass, ceramic, marble, laminate, veneer; all items constructed of pressboard/particleboard, items that are weak and poorly assembled/constructed, loose, previously damaged, or assembled / disassembled by owner, for damage to articles which are required to be moved in a manner which is dangerous or unusual; nor for items moved or for structural damage resulting from restricted access work areas and/or bulky articles such as pianos, appliances, couches, etc. including hardwood floors. TVs and mattresses must be bagged or boxed to be considered properly packed. The company cannot be held liable for damages to items delivered into self storage units unless documented by the company and shipper at the time of delivery. This Shipper or his agent must be present during the move. The Shipper agrees to advise and notify the Company of any problems, difficulties, concerns, or questions which may arise during the course of the performance of the services by the Company so that the Company may be afforded the opportunity to correct any problems as they occur. The Shipper understands and agrees that he/she will forfeit his/her right to any future consideration for such problems if the Shipper leaves the job site or fails to provide notice to the Company while the job is in progress. Shipper understands and agrees that company will charge form of payment on file as works is done at regular intervals and thresholds. Contract includes the minimum valuation of .60 per item per pound included, with applicable maximum allowance ($50 per item, $2000 total) and deductibles ($500) as described in terms and conditions.
